CDK-M-07-2012 MOD70 Zoulou sailed by Erik Maris (FRA) has taken Multihull Line Honours in the 2023 RORC Caribbean 600 in an elapsed time of 30 hours 55 mins 45 secs. Zoulou’s time was under two hours outside the Multihull Race Record.

Zoulou Crew: Erik Maris, Ned Collier Wakefield, Thierry Fouchier, Loick Peyron, Bruno Jeanjean, Bruno Mourniac, Thomas Le Breton.

CDK-M-04-2011 MOD70 Maserati sailed by Giovanni Soldini (ITA) was the second multihull to finish the race just 11 SECONDS behind Zoulou.

CDK Group passes another milestone

After a year spent confirming the various areas for development, CDK Group is making changes to its organisation, appointing Stéphane Digard General Manager to succeed Cyril Abiteboul. Moreover, CDK Group is announcing the creation of a Strategic Council, in which Cyril Abiteboul will participate, presided over by Loïck Peyron.

Four podiums for CDK Technologies

With a level of commitment rarely attained elsewhere, a plethora of twists and turns and a slew of record transatlantic passage times despite the demanding and testing conditions… the 12th edition of the Route du Rhum – Destination Guadeloupe certainly went above and beyond in fulfilling its promise as a complex race, absolutely brimming with suspense. For the boats built by CDK Technologies, the competition resulted in no fewer than four podium places in Ultim 32/23, IMOCA and Rhum Mono, providing further proof that the experience and expertise of the Breton yard never fail.

CHARAL third place in the IMOCA class

At 10:15:55 UTC on Monday 21st November Jérémie Beyou finished the twelfth Route du Rhum - Destination Guadeloupe in third place. His race time was 11 days, 21 hours and 55 seconds. The skipper of Charal sailed the 3542 theoretical miles of the course between Saint-Malo and Pointe-à-Pitre at the speed of 12.43 knots on the Great Circle Route. Out on the water, he actually sailed 4330.57 miles averaging 15.19 knots. He finished in Pointe-à-Pitre 3 hrs 24 mins and 30 secs after the winner Thomas Ruyant (LinkedOut)

APIVIA second place in the IMOCA class

Charlie Dalin took second place in the IMOCA class on the twelfth Route du Rhum - Destination Guadeloupe in the IMOCA category. His race time was 11 days, 19 hours, 38 minutes and 11 seconds. He finished just 2hours 1 minute and 46 seconds after the winner Thomas Ruyant (LinkedOut).
