No Way Back: a project flying Europe’s colours!

The sixth 60' IMOCA from the latest generation was built by the ‘PERSICO’ yard in Italy in 2015 for the Sardinian skipper Andrea MURA. The build monitoring was entrusted to Frenchman Antoine MERMOT, a well-known team manager.

In late summer the boat was bought, through the medium of Mer Agitée managed by Michel DESJOYEAUX, by a Dutch manufacturer, with a view to participating in the Vendée Globe.

Still under the guidance of A. MERMOT, "No Way Back" has been optimised and reinforced at the behest of the naval architects at Keroman Technologies.

Boasting Italian construction, optimisation in the Breton yard Keroman Technologies, an Anglo-Saxon name and a Dutch skipper, the No Way Back campaign is devoted to European excellence in the offshore racing domain.
